Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial first

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with no credit card. You can test PinBuilds before you pay anything. Paid plans start at $24/month.

Cancel anytime

• Cancel in Settings → Manage Billing (the Polar customer portal). No call or email needed.
• After you cancel, you are not charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• First monthly payment: full refund if you ask within 7 days of the payment.
• First annual payment: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the payment.
• Later renewals: we do not give partial refunds for unused time. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge.
• Billing errors and duplicate charges: always refunded in full.
• Your legal rights: if the law where you live gives you more (for example the EU or UK right of withdrawal), that law applies.

We may refuse repeated refund requests from the same person, for example when someone subscribes and asks for a refund again and again.

How to ask for a refund

Email contact@pinbuilds.com from the email address of your PinBuilds account. Tell us the date of the payment. We reply within 2 business days.

PinBuilds sells through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. Polar handles the payment and the refund, and the money returns to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
